COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) update

In response to the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) situation, the organizing committee would like to issue the following statement:  

The organizing committee places a high priority on the safety and well-being of all our speakers and participants attending our conference. We are monitoring the covid19 situation closely. Please continue to monitor guidance from your own government and employer in relation to travel and conference attendance. If the situation changes, there is a risk for later cancellation. We recommend you take appropriate insurance when making travel arrangements, if possible. The WHO has also put together some helpful advice for the public to spread awareness and educate on some general preventative measures. Cancellations: We will do our best to ensure that the Nordic Physics Days 2020 goes ahead, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If the event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund of your registration fee. We will not meet the costs of any pre-booked accommodation or travel. If you cancel your attendance after registration payment has been paid and the event has not been cancelled, you will not be eligible for a refund however substitutions of delegates may be accepted before the event.
